“You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.”
- John Bunyan
Tina Rhoden-Lewellyn has served as Ben’s Ranch Foundation’s first full-time Executive Director since April 2022. She brings more than 30 years of experience serving vulnerable young people in Central Indiana.
Tina has worked for many organizations centered around serving teens and children, including the youth residential treatment center, Lutherwood, at Community Health Network; Damar Services; U.S. Dream Academy; and Shelby County Youth Center.
The related discipline of equine therapy is not a new concept for Tina. For the last 10 years, Tina has been heavily involved in the equestrian world as she has supported her daughter’s 4-H pursuits. Her involvement in the equine community has included serving as the Indiana Saddle Horse Association Board Secretary, 4-H Board Member, and a 4-H Horse & Pony Leader.
Tina was even able to combine both her love for horses and youth when she worked as the Center Director at the U.S. Dream Academy, where she and her daughter brought in their horses for the children to ride and groom. She is excited to once again join these two life-long passions.
The Fairland resident earned a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Indiana University-Bloomington. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with her two children, Myles and Logan.
