Carmel-based nonprofit Ben’s Ranch Foundation has elected four new board members. Bill Cummings from Indianapolis, Fishers’ Mike Miles, Carmel’s Amy Marsh and Susan Rider from Westfield will each serve a two-year term.

Bill Cummings is the retired owner and director of Pathfinder Insurance Training. Amy Marsh is the Vice President for Academic Operations for Stride Inc. Mike Miles currently serves as the Vice President Employee Benefits at Gregory & Appel and Susan Rider is Director of Compliance and HR Consulting Services for Human Capital Concepts.

“These new board members add depth and experience to the Ben’s Ranch operations,” said Ben’s Ranch Foundation Founder Brose McVey. “We also want to thank outgoing board members Debbie Babcock, Taylor Bennett and Patty Hagen for their service.”
